Chad C. ClarkChad grew up in West Texas where at an early age he began working on his family’s cotton farm. He believes it was these early years on the farm that help develop his work ethic. In 1992 he began his career as a firefighter with the Midland Fire Department. Chad entered the financial services industry in 2006, working part-time, while being dual career as a City of Midland Firefighter. In 2012, he retired from serving the community as a Battalion Chief after almost 20 years to service a growing financial practice. Chad was a Private Investment Manager at Wells Fargo from 2012 until 2014, when he moved to Merrill Lynch as a Senior Portfolio Advisor. In 2020, he left Merrill Lynch to form Redemption Capital and manage assets for family relationships. Chad is married to his wife, Tia, and has two grown children, Cohen and Celie. He is a member of First Baptist Church Midland and has a passion for sharing the Good News of Jesus as the Founder of a a non-profit, Fuel the Fire Ministries/One Hope Movement. In his free-time, Chad enjoys fishing and jogging.

J. Cole MaxeyCole graduated with an engineering degree in 2014 and moved to Midland to work in the oil & gas industry. When the oil market declined in 2015, Cole seized the opportunity to pursue a career in financial services. In 2017, Cole partnered with Chad at Merrill Lynch where they formed Clark, Maxey & Associates. In 2020, he departed Merrill Lynch to partner with Chad in the formation of Redemption Capital. When not working, Cole enjoys adrenaline sports, chess, home remodeling, philosophy, and economics.
